Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick
1 (8 ounce) can beer
2 eggs
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 -3 avocados, cut into 8-10 wedges each
4 tablespoons flour
peanut oil (for frying)
Directions:
1. Combine all batter ingredients.
2. Dust avocado wedges with flour.
3. Put wedges into batter mixture until coated.
4. Fry in deep fat fryer until lightly browned-about two minutes.
5. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
