Ingredients:
5 medium apples
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tablespoon milk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Slice apples and put in a baking dish.
3. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
4. Cream butter, egg, 1/2 cup sugar, salt, flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, almond extract, and milk together. Spread over apples.
5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
