The banana in this makes all the difference!
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh pineapple chunk
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 banana
1/4 cup ice cube
2 teaspoons honey (optional)
pineapple chunk (to garnish)
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, banana, ice and, if desired, honey.
2. Puree until smooth.
3. Pour into 2 large glasses.
4. Garnish each serving with a small wedge of pineapple.
