Soft, delicious cookies Ingredients:
1 (18 3/4 ounce) box duncan hines yellow cake mix |
1 egg yolk |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 -2 cup white chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. In a mixer, cream the egg yoke, butter, cream cheese and vanilla.
2. Gradually add the cake mix.
3. Stir in the chocolate chips.
4. Roll into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
5. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
6. Do not overcook…that’s what keeps them soft.
