Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups fat-free half-and-half
2/3 cup splenda granular
1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste or 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
crushed ice
ice cream salt or rock salt
Directions:
1. Blend cream, half and half, Splenda, and vanilla until well incorporated.
2. Follow preparation instructions for your particular ice cream maker.
3. Note: If the mixture is left in the freezer for a significant period of time, it will become rock hard. Place in the microwave for a few seconds to soften before serving.
4. Try adding 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, or fresh fruit.
5. Delicious!
