Debbie's Fruit Yogurt Smoothie

I make these smoothies for my sons and I about 3 times/week. They like it in the morning with their breakfast, or just as an afternoon snack. I suggest adding the flaxseed meal for additional nutrients, as it's very hard to even tell it's in there and the benefits are outstanding! Also, I freeze all of the fruit that I use for this smoothie, giving it a nice thick, almost shakelike consistency.
Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla yogurt (i use nonfat dannon)
1 banana
1 cup strawberry (about 7 or 8)
1 cup blueberries
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon flax seed meal (optional)
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into the blender and blend away!
2. Enjoy!
