Wonderful salad with a delicious orange juice/pudding dressing!  My SIL's recipe, but I'm not sure where she got it.  I've not seen anything like it here on zaar. For a thinner dressing you may add more milk, but add small amount at a time.
Ingredients:
3 medium bananas, sliced
2 medium apples, cored and peeled (or not)
1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (15 ounce) can chunky mixed fruit, drained
1 (12 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box vanilla instant pudding mix
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup sour cream
6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Directions:
1. Prepare fruit in large bowl.Mix dressing ingredients and pour over fruit.Chill for 2 to 3 hours and serve.
