This is a recipe that I adopted from the Zaar account. It's a lot like a layered dip that my family has always made.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
3 avocados
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup green onion (chopped)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tomatoes (chopped or drained)
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cheddar cheese (grated)
Directions:
1. Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth.
2. In separate bowl, mix sour cream with mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix.
3. In loaf pan, layer beans, avocado mix, sour cream mix, onions, tomatoes and cheese.
