I combined 3 or 4 recipes looking for a unique gelatin salad. Here is my creation.
Ingredients:
1 can condensed tomato soup
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
hot pepper sauce to taste
1/2 cup carrot, peeled and shredded
1/2 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon sweet onion, minced
1/2 cup celery, finely diced
1 cup green cabbage, finely shredded
Directions:
1. In saucepan, combine soup and gelatin.
2. Heat over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
3. In bowl, beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add to soup mixture.
4. Fold in remaining ingredients.
5. Pour into mold.
6. Cover and chill until firm.
