This is a very good friend of mine's recipe. We love I always double the recipe. Cook time is the same. True comfort food, great with vanilla ice cream served a bit warm.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup quick oats
3/4 cup margarine
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups apples, peeled and sliced or chopped
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, pour into a greased 8x8 pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
