Dannon's Banana Nut Winter Smoothie

From a Dannon yogurt lid.
Ingredients:
1 banana, frozen
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. Cut banana into chunks and peel.
2. Add to blender with all of the rest of the ingredients but the nutmeg.
3. Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
4. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
