Yogurt and fruit treat. Found on a Dannon yogurt container.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 fresh apple, cored
1 banana, peeled
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 -6 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately, sprinkling with extra cinnamon if desired.
