A really easy, quick appetizer with a festive look. Can be modified to fit any occasion. Make the day before and refrigerate it until it is firm.
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 jar old english sharp cheese spread
1 teaspoon onion, diced fine
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. Set cream cheese out to soften. Mix all ingredients except parsley and form into a ball.
2. Sprinkle the outside of the ball with parsley flakes.
3. Refrigerate overnight or until it is firm..
4. Serve with crackers (your choice)
