Delicious berry smoothie with only 4 ingredients. This smoothie is great to drink in the winter time because it provides one and a half times your recommended daily allowance of Vitamin C. It's healthy and is very yummy..give it a try!
Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries, quartered
1 cup frozen raspberries
Directions:
1. Combine the yogurt and cranberry juice in a blender.
2. Add the strawberries and raspberries, blend until smooth.
