Dalmatian Spaghetti With Prawns

The basic of this recipe is “buzara”, or way of preparing crabs or shells. This is very simple recipe and you can buy frozen already cleaned prawns.
Ingredients:
250 g prawns
7 g garlic (or 1 large garlic clove)
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 g raisins
1/4 cup tomato (strained juice)
1/3 cup fresh parsley leaves
5 g salt
2 g pepper (to taste)
1/2 cup wine (white, dry)
400 g spaghetti
Directions:
1. Take a large pot and put olive oil and heat it, but not too much. Add garlic and fry just 30 seconds and than add all prawns.
2. Sauté it 2 minutes, add, wine and cook 5 minutes or until alcohol evaporates. Add strained tomato, salt, raisins, pepper and minced parsley leaves.
3. Cook not more than 15 minutes.
4. In the meantime cook spaghetti according to manufacturer manual. Mix prawns and spaghetti and serve.
