Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a medium mixing bowl. Add the water and applesauce; mix well. Cook on a greased griddle or skillet. Flip when they start to bubble slightly on the top.
