Want to enduldge but not feel guilty that it's not that healthy. Well put your mind at ease. I have found the perfect recipe. This gives you the great taste and you don't have to feel guilty.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c of soft whole-wheat flour
1 tspn of baking powder
2/3 c of cocoa powder
1/2 c of vegetable oil
2 c of sugar
1 extra large egg
1/4 tspn of salt
2/3 c of soy milk or rice milk
2 tspn of vanilla extract
2 tbspn brown rice syrup
Directions:
1. In your kitchen aid or even a mixing bowl you want to sift together the flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder and salt.
2. In a small bowl you are going to want to whisk together the oil, soy milk, vanilla, egg and brown rice syrup.
3. Now preheat your oven to 350°F.
4. Spray your 9 x13 pan with some non-stick spray.
5. Start pouring your ingredients into the pan and bake for 25 minutes.
6. When finished make sure to allow them to cool in the pan and then cut and serve.
