This is the base for my daily salads. It makes it easier to enter into the log.
Ingredients:
1/2 head romaine lettuce
1/4 small red onion
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 medium cucumber
2 medium radish
10 ml olive oil
25 ml lemon juice
Directions:
1. chop or slice the ingredients and top with the favorite protein and salad dressing.
