Dahi Barfi (Sweet Yogurt Bars)

This is an easy and fast Nepalese desert made with yogurt raisins and cashews. It uses no eggs and very little flour so it looks like it could be made gluten-free. Cooking time doesn't include cooling time.
Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup cashew nuts, chopped
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons flour
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and pour the mixture in a 8x8 pan.
3. Bake 20 minutes or until set in the center. Allow to cool and cut in squares.
