This one of the best tasting pancake recipes I have tried. Very easy to make with stuff I always have on hand.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup flour
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
1. Place milk and lemon juice on mixing bowl and let sit for about 5 to 10 minute (Allows the mike to sour a bit) the add the rest of the ingredients.
2. Mix until just combined, mixture may still have a few lumps.
3. Heat up griddle pan and fry till the edges just start to look dry and flip.
4. Add maple syrup or fruit on top and enjoy!
