A very filling, delicious breakfast that is easy to make and a great way to start any day!
Ingredients:
2 -4 eggs
0.5 (15 ounce) can canned whole potatoes
1/2 cup ham
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions:
1. Chop ham into bite size slices and place in frying pan.
2. Chop potatoes into bite size slices as well and add to ham.
3. Cook for a few minutes until potatoes are softened.
4. Beat eggs in a small bowl until all the yolks are broken.
5. Add eggs to frying pan with potatoes and ham.
6. Add shredded cheese.
7. Cook to liking.
