It took alot of adding and substituting ingredients to get this guacamole recipe just the way I like it! Hope you enjoy, everyone else seems too!
Ingredients:
2 avocados
1/4 cup diced white onions or 1/4 cup red onion
1/2 finely diced tomato
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon chili powder (or 1/2 finely chopped and seeded jalapeno pepper)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lime juice
Directions:
1. Cut avocadoes, remove pit and scoop out -place into medium sized bowl.
2. Mash avocado well with fork.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Serve chilled with Tortilla chips.
5. Enjoy!
6. Note: This dip is better chunky, so resist the temptation of sticking everything in a food processor!
