Custardy Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients:
4 -5 cups rhubarb
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon.
2. Beat in eggs.
3. Stir in rhubarb.
4. Pie crust in bottom of plate.
5. Place ingredients in plate, then cover with crust.
6. Brush top crust with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
7. Bake 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
