These are commonly found in Chinese bakeries
Ingredients:
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 preformed miniature tart shells (frozen)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Combine eggs, sugar, milk and salt, beat well till fluffy.
3. Place tart shells on a cookie sheet.
4. Spoon filling into tart shells, filling nearly to the top.
5. Bake 20-30 minutes or till tart filling cracks.
6. Can be topped with a fresh strawberry slice or a raspberry.
