Quick and easy post-induction sandwich substitute. I always miss sandwiches during induction - these give me something to look forward to.
Ingredients:
1 low-carb flour tortillas, small (4g net carbs)
1 tablespoon kraft mayonnaise
2 ounces deli ham, sliced
1 ounce provolone cheese, sliced
6 -8 slices dill pickles, sandwich
2 slices tomatoes, halved
3 slices iceberg lettuce
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients - in your preferred order - onto the tortilla.
2. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. Roll tortilla up and enjoy!
