Delicious salad for a summer buffet or as side dish.
Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas (do not cook)
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 (8 ounce) can shrimp
1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 cup salad oil
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon msg
1/2 tablespoon white sugar
Directions:
1. Mix salad ingredients together.
2. Shake all dressing ingredients together and combine with rice mixture.
3. Chill.
