Ingredients:
270 gram rice, short-grain
190 gram chicken, breast
235 gram apple
40 gram green onion
20 gram mayonaise
5 gram curry powder
20 gram pecans
Directions:
1. steam and chop cooled chicken
2. chop apples into bite-size chunks
3. chop green onions
4. add above and cooked rice
5. add mayonaise and curry powder
6. add pecans
7. mix well
8. will keep for a couple of days in the refrigerator
