Ingredients:
2 tablespoons coriander seeds
1 tablespoon cumin seed
1 tablespoon black peppercorns
1 tablespoon cardamom seed (1 tsp for ground)
4 teaspoons ground turmeric
2 teaspoons chili flakes
1 teaspoon fennel seed
1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
Directions:
1. Combine all WHOLE spices & toast gently in skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
2. Place spices into food processor or coffee grinder & grind until fine.
3. Add turmeric & mix to combine.
