Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons dry sherry
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon curry powder
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour, and cook, whisking constantly, 1 minute. Whisk in milk and remaining ingredients, and cook, whisking constantly, 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened.
