Ingredients:
1 cup mango
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon curry
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup slivered almonds
raisins
sliced grapes
Directions:
1.
Mix 1st five ingredients well.
2.
Add next three ingredients.
3.
Add raisins & sliced grapes to your liking.
4.
Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a croissant.
