  1. Grill chicken. Chop up all ingredients; large bite size pieces. Cooking spray a lagre skillet. Let skillet get hot. Add bell pepper, onion, celery, carrot, & garlic. Saute' for a few minutes; then add zuchini, yellow squash, and chicken. Take corn starch and mix in 1 cup cold water and add all seasoning. Pour water in skillet. Stirring constantly. Let thicken-if necessary add more water. Cook until veggies are chrisp tender.
