Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
1 teaspoon(s) curry powder
kosher salt and black pepper
2 cup(s) /¢ shredded roasted turkey or rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup(s) halved grapes
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 scallion, sliced
2 pita halves
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, curry powder, and ⅛ teaspoon each kosher salt and black pepper. Mix in the turkey, grapes, celery, and scallion. Fill 2 pita halves with the salad just before serving.
