Curried Tuna Rice Salad

My Mom used to make this dish as a meal for hot summer evenings.
Ingredients:
7 ounces canned tuna (drained)
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon curry
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine mayo,curry,lemon juice and salt. Chill.
2. Combine tuna, rice, carrots,celery and onion.
3. Toss with mayo mixture and chill at least 2 hours.
