This easy delicious salad can be put together in no time.
Ingredients:
1 cup italian dressing
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups cooked rice
6 green onions
4 stalks celery
2 medium red peppers, chopped
Directions:
1. Combine dressing curry powder and salt.
2. Combine the rest of the ingredients in separate bowl.
3. Add dressing and toss.
4. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
