This was so yummy and if you do like curry then you can always add more curry powder or take away.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 garlic gloves minced
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups uncooked long grain rice
1 1/2 cups orzo
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder (or adjust to your taste)
3 cups chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cups raisins
1/2 cup almonds (optional)
Directions:
1. 1. In a large skillet add the onions, garlic and butter and saute until tender.
2. 2. Then add the rest of the ingredients and place lid and simmer for about 30-40 minutes or until tender and done. Stir frequently if liquid is all absorbed then add some more broth.
