Curried Mango-Walnut Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound cooked chicken breast
1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
5 teaspoons curry powder
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1 mango, medium, firm-ripe and peeled
3/4 cup red seedless grapes cut in half
1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
Directions:
1. Chop the chicken into 1/2-inch pieces.
2. Whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, curry, lime juice, honey, ginger, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
3. Add chicken, onion, mango, grapes, and walnuts and stir gently to combine.
