eggs, egg white, chopped celery Granny Smith apple, Original Miracle Whip lemon juice curry powder whole wheat or pumpernickel bread, lettuce leaves cvt
Ingredients:
4 eggs, hard-cooked, peeled and chopped
1 egg white, hard cooked and chopped
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup granny smith apple, unpeeled, chopped
3 tbsp original miracle whip
2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
8 slices whole wheat bread, or pumpernickel
4 lettuce leaves
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
2. Combine Miracle Whip, lemon juice and curry powder; add to egg mixture.
3. To make sanwich, use 1/2 cup egg salad, 2 slices of bread and one lettuce leaf.
