1/4 tsp onion powder or some fresh minced to taste
1 tsp mild curry powder or fav blend
1 tsp honey
salt to taste
option: 4oz plain yogurt
(the curry mix i use
equal parts of ground dry mustard seed, turmeric powder, ground coriander, ground cumin, ground cloves)
Directions:
1. In large saute pan on high heat melt butter 2. add corn and all else 3. toss on high heat until all mixed and hot about 10 mts tops. 4. if using yogurt let stand off heat for a minute or two then mix yogurt in thoroughly 5. Serve immediately
