Curried Corn

Ingredients:
2 cups corn (frozen or fresh)
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Melt butter, add corn, onion, and curry. Saute.
2. Cover and simmer slowly, about 10 min, until tender, stirring often.
3. Add sour cream, salt, and pepper, heat until warm, and serve.
