Curried Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
2 cups seedless green grapes, halved
3/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise (such as hellman's)
1/4 cup fat-free yogurt
1 teaspoon curry powder
5 lettuce leaves
10 (1-ounce) slices whole wheat bread, toasted
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, tossing well. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
2. Place a lettuce leaf on each of 5 slices bread. Top with 1 cup chicken mixture and remaining slice of bread. Serve immediately.
