Curried Chicken Salad (for a crowd)

Ingredients:
10 pound(s) chicken tenders, cooked and drained
4 ribs celery, finely diced
4 cup(s) mandarin oranges, drained
2 cup(s) mayonnaise
3 tablespoon(s) curry
salt and pepper
2 cup(s) sliced toasted almonds
Directions:
1. Chop the chicken into bite-size pieces and place in a large bowl. Add celery, oranges, mayonnaise and curry. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss well. Just before serving, toss or sprinkle with the almonds.
