Curried Chicken Salad

This will serve 4-6 main course or 6-8 as a side
Ingredients:
1 12 ounce box orzo pasta
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup milk
1-3 tablespoons curry powder (to taste)
1/2 cup mango chutney
2 cups red grapes
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 cups diced chicken - fully cooked
chopped mango (garnish)
cashews (garnish)
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, yogurt and milk; stir well. Add curry powder and chutney. Drain pasta, rinse briefly with cold water, and add to mayonnaise mixture. Stir in grapes, celery and chicken. Chill well. Sprinkle Mango and Cashews on top just befor serving.
