Curried Chicken Salad

This is a great for making lettuce wraps or a sandwich. If you like curry you will love this recipes.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ground curry power
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup finely diced celery
1 granny smith apple, cored and chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds or cashews, chopped (optional)
serve with lettuce wrap (bibb lettuce leaves). or bread of your choice.
Directions:
1. Boil and dice chicken. I use boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
2. Chop and mix all ingredients together.
3. Chill and serve.
