Nice Salad for Brunch or Lunch
Ingredients:
2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2-1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 rounded tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon very finely minced onion
1 to 2 tablespoons chopped chutney
3 cups cooked diced white chicken
1-1/2 cups chopped celery
1-8oz can sliced water chestnuts,well drained and dried
2 cups seedless white grapes
1-1 pound can pineapple chunks,well drained
1/2 cup slivered almonds,toasted
Directions:
1. Prepare this the day before serving and refrigerated overnight:
2. Combine all the ingredients except the almonds.
3. Place in the refrigerator and chill overnight.
4. When ready to serve,sprinkle with the almonds
