Curried Chicken and Peach Salad

Low fat version of a standard.
Ingredients:
6 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
6 tbsp fat free sour cream
3/4 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp cinnamon
8 cups bibb lettuce, torn
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
2 cups sliced peaches
1/2 cup raisins
2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
Directions:
1. For the dressing, combine mayonnaise through cinnamon and mix well.
2. For the salad, toss the lettuce through raisins with the desired amount of dressing.
3. Line 4 plates with lettuce leaves. Spoon 2 cups of the salad on the plates and sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately.
