Curried Chicken And Grape Salad

So easy to make-ahead, this Chicken Salad is cool and refreshing! And it's great for small luncheons and brunches too!
Ingredients:
3 cups, diced cooked chicken (i use boneless chicken breasts)
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced celery
1 cup green seedless grapes
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp curry powder (or to taste)
6 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp roasted slivered almonds (or more to taste)
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, celery, grapes, lemon juice, salt, pepper and curry powder; toss lightly.
2. Refrigerate for several hours.
3. Garnish with almonds.
4. Serve on lettuce.
