Curried Broccoli Salad

a favorite recipe and all the flavors blend so well in this broccoli salad. Broccoli is raw but may be cooked crisp tender and cooled before making salad. I made this both ways and its great! Use Spelnda for sugar free dressing if needed.
Ingredients:
dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup white or cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar or sugar substitute
1 tsp curry powder
salad
2 to 3 broccoli heads with florets cut into bite size pieces
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
1 small red onion chopped
1/2 cup cooked crisp bacon chopped into bits( turkey bacon works well too )
Directions:
1. Prep does not include dressing making time
2. In a bowl combine the mayo, vinegar, sugar and curry powder
3. Whisk smooth, cover and refrigerate a few hours or even overnight
4. Combine broccoli, raisins, nuts, onion, bacon.
5. Pour over the dressing
6. Cover and chill till serving time
7. Just before serving, shake container a few times to disperse dressing before serving
