Curried Apples & Celery

This is good served over rice as a side dish for pork or chicken. I hope you'll give it a try.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter
2 cups celery, sliced diagonally
1 onion, sliced (small)
1 apple, cut in chunks (unpeeled)
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. In covered Med. skillet in hot butter cook celery and onion 10 mins.or til tender crisp, stir occasionally.
2. Add apple cook, covered 5 minutes.
3. Gently stir in remaining ingredients.
