Wonderful pizza dough that nearly anyone can make!
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons dry yeast
1 pinch sugar
1/4 cup warm water
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine yeast, water, and sugar. Add water, stir completely, and let sit.
2. Combine other ingredients.
3. Combine all ingredients.
4. Knead dough.
5. Let dough rise in a 170°F oven for 20-30 minutes.
6. Roll out dough, top with pizza toppings, return to 475°F oven for about 15 minutes.
