Cucumbers with Sour Cream |

My grandmother makes this and it is great. We put the sauce over everything. It's especially good over mashed potatoes. Nice and simple. Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream |
4 tablespoons distilled white vinegar |
salt and pepper to taste |
1 pinch dried dill, or to taste |
2 large cucumbers, sliced |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl combine cream, vinegar, salt, pepper, and dill. Place cucumbers in a medium bowl and pour sauce over them.
